Innate software is licensed for use on a monthly subscription basis, and recurring monthly license fees are charged to your credit card at the beginning of each monthly license period. You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring a license termination fee by giving us at least 30-days’ notice of cancellation.
To cancel, please email an accounts specialist at Innate EHR at the following email address: billing@helloinnate.com, with a subject line of “Cancellation Notice.” Please include your full name and address in the body of the email.
Charges for monthly license fees (and your right to use the software) will terminate at the end of the next monthly license period following your notice of cancellation. Initial setup fees and monthly license fees are non-refundable.
